Certified by the American College of podiatric Physicians and Surgeons, Dr. Horsley received his education from Howard University in Washington D.C. He is also a graduate of the Ohio College of podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Horsley specializes in podiatric Surgery. Additionally, he trains residents at Kern Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
With upwards of 15 years experience in diabetic foot and ankle medicine, his ongoing quest is to prevent amputation and limb loss. From broken toes to fractured ankles, his wide range of surgical procedures have made Dr. Horsley a nationally known and respected physician and surgeon of the foot and ankle.
