This Tour is a FREE heart health and stroke-prevention initiative designed to build awareness
and educate African Americans on the prevalence of Cardiovascular Disease in the minority
communities.

Health Fair (5pm - 7pm)
This program targets many people that might not otherwise receive lifesaving information
due to their disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds.
Participants receive FREE health screenings for:
- Blood Pressure
- Cholestral
- Glucose
- Body Fat Analysis
- Body posture
Information and brochures on the the health topics listed below will be provided:
- Excercise
- Nutrition
- Heart Health

Musical Celebration (7pm - 10pm)
The "Gospel for Heart Sake Musical" will feature celebrity guest Dr. Bobby Jones,
BET (Black Entertainment Television) host.
He will discuss awareness and knowledge of healthy lifestyles.
This musical celebration will also feature local choirs, soloists,
groups and guest speakers who volunteer time and efforts to insure
the success of this program.
