Garlic Seseame Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower (about 1-1/2 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • Dash paprika
  • Pepper to taste
Directions
  1. In a large kettle, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil.
  2. Trim cauliflower and break into flowerets.
  3. Drop into boiling water and cook 2 minutes. Drain in a colander.
  4. In a large, non-stick skillet, heat oil and brown garlic.
  5. Add cauliflower and sesame seeds and stir-fry 1 minute.
  6. Dust with paprika and pepper before serving.
