Ingredients
2 large tomatoes
2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons of oregano
dash of pepper and garlic salt
Directions
Remove the stems and cores form the tomatoes and cut them in half.
Place them, cut side up, into a baking dish.
Combine all other ingredients and sprinkle on top of the tomatoes.
Bake for 15 mins. in a 375 degree oven.
